Founder | Payments Risk & Dispute Strategy
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built and led payment risk and dispute operations across high-growth fintech and technology companies, overseeing portfolios exceeding $12B+ in global transaction volume.
At Adobe, I owned Day-over-Day global payment operations, monitoring authorization performance, fraud exposure, and transaction health across a multi-billion-dollar recurring subscription portfolio. That role required real-time oversight of payment performance, cross-functional coordination with finance and engineering, and rapid response to anomalies that could impact global revenue.
At TikTok USDS, I built a funnel analysis dashboard that uncovered a coordinated BIN attack, preventing approximately $340K in fraudulent exposure and helping protect an additional ~$460K in potential chargebacks and associated fees — preserving revenue and maintaining merchant trust through structured intervention.
At Tola — later acquired by Square — I helped build and scale structured payment risk controls during a period of rapid growth and acquisition transition.
At Finix, I worked on exceptions and dispute operations and created with engineering the company’s first-ever pre-arbitration dispute flow — a capability not all PSPs offer. I built the operational structure, documentation standards, and escalation framework required to support pre-arbitration strategy at scale.
Throughout my career, I’ve:
• Managed and stabilized thousands of disputes monthly
• Reduced dispute handling time by 50%+ through operational redesign
• Built monitoring frameworks aligned to Visa and Mastercard thresholds
• Designed dispute and fraud infrastructure from zero to structured control
Within fintech circles, I’m known as a hands-on operator who can step into high-pressure environments and quickly bring structure, clarity, and measurable control.
