Nayely Landeros
Co-Founder | Fraud, Identity & Trust Operations
Over the past several years, I’ve worked directly in fraud, identity, and trust operations across high-volume consumer platforms and regulated financial institutions, reviewing thousands of fraud alerts, identity verification cases, AML flags, and dispute documentation files.
At Instacart, I supported fraud and identity operations focused on platform abuse prevention, account integrity, and structured risk monitoring within a fast-scaling marketplace environment. My work centered on identifying suspicious behavior patterns, strengthening verification standards, and protecting both customers and platform trust.
At Travis Credit Union, I operated in a regulated financial services environment where investigative discipline, documentation accuracy, and proper escalation protocols were essential to member protection.
What I bring to our clients:
• Structured identity verification and documentation frameworks
• AML alert review and fraud case investigation discipline
• Clear, defensible dispute evidence preparation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication for customer-facing resolution
• Operational consistency that reduces fraud leakage before it becomes financial loss
I also hold a Digital Marketing certificate from UC Berkeley, which strengthens my understanding of customer acquisition flows, subscription models, and online platform behavior — an important complement when evaluating risk patterns across digital businesses.
Fraud prevention is not just about reviewing cases — it’s about building repeatable systems that protect revenue while maintaining trust.
I focus on bringing clarity, structure, and operational integrity to identity and dispute workflows so risk becomes controlled — not reactive.
